About Me
I’m a filmmaker, writer, artist, and poet.
For years, I lived in pursuit of approval — from others, from my own mind, from the endless “shoulds” of culture. My life was shaped by masks, habits, and patterns that kept me safe but far from myself.
I’ve struggled with addiction, self-doubt, depression, and the relentless pull to perform rather than be. I’ve also spent years holding space for my own unravelling — facing the painful parts, learning to forgive, and gently dissolving the ego shells that kept me from my truth.
This is the work I now share: not as a teacher with answers, but as a fellow human who’s walked through the same fire. In our sessions, I hold a space where you can be entirely yourself — free from judgment, expectation, or performance — so that your own voice can speak louder than fear.
My Approach
I’ve spent over two decades in deep personal work — facing my own shadows, softening the voice of self-criticism, and breaking free from the conditioning that told me who I should be.
This work hasn’t come from books or quick fixes. It’s been shaped by quiet, often uncomfortable moments of sitting with myself — learning to stay when I wanted to run, to listen when I wanted to speak, to trust when my mind wanted control.
When I hold space for someone, it comes from that same place. There is no performance, no agenda, no rush to “fix” you. I’m simply here — present, listening, reflecting back the light and truth I see in you.
People often tell me they feel lighter, clearer, and more themselves after our time together. My role isn’t to give you answers, but to help you hear your own — the ones that have been waiting under the noise all along.
